Syslog & Cisco ASA Logs in Zabbix

The client encountered an issue where remote logging was set up correctly, but the logs were not being recorded in the Syslog server. During a Zoom call, we conducted troubleshooting, investigating network connectivity, and examining the firewall configuration. Eventually, we identified that the logging buffer was misconfigured, preventing the logs from being sent to the syslog server. After rectifying the buffer configuration, the logs started flowing correctly. The client expressed satisfaction with the resolution of the issue achieved through the Zoom call.
